Job Responsibilities:
• To promote services and plan business strategies to meet the customers’ business objective
• Aggressively source and secure new accounts and business
• Maintain of good, professional working relationship and effective communication with existing, new customers and all internal department, affiliates office and partners
• Achieve sales target and ensure all business transaction meet P&L objectives
• Monitor and ensure prompt payments for customer receivable
• Ensure accurate and timely sales reporting to the immediate supervisor
• Perform any other job related as assigned by immediate supervisor
• Identify new business opportunities by research, identifying and evaluating the prospect in the industry
Preferred Skill and Qualifications:
• Having 5-7 years of experiences in managerial position
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in related field of study
• Operation and freight knowledge preferred
• Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
